We all know that ideally you want to clean the cat litter box at least once a day, but this is not the most pleasant task. The litter locker makes this seem a little bit more feasible. This is probably by far one of my favorite products I have bought for Lilly thus far.

Designed with a shocking similarity to the diaper genie, this is a cat lover’s best friend. You can scoop the litter box into the litter locker and then turn a dial and lock away the smell. This leaves you with a fresh smelling house and a clean litter box! I love it because you don’t have to find bags and constantly be running in and out of the house to get rid of it, because who wants that sitting in their garbage can! Then when it gets full you simply close off the bag and take it out. I usually take it out about once a week, which beats daily! It can go for longer but it just depends on when is best for you.

Most of the reviews that I have read of the product are of a similar thought process. Complaints of the product I have read are that refills go quickly and are pricey. How many cats you have will determine how fast the litter locker is going to fill up. For me and Lilly, one litter locker refill can last us up to a month. For us, $10 a month for a convenient solution is worth it!

I would highly recommend this product to any cat owner, especially those who have trouble cleaning the litter box every day. Just place the litter locker next to your box and it is easy to just scoop and go. Lilly gives it the 4-paw rating!
