Okay, so today as I was perusing the household in search of some mere morsels of food to hold me over until my feeding time, I began to think about the reasoning behind the humans not feeding us. Why should they have control over our most basic necessity? I don't understand it, not one bit! And then, even better, when we actually start to make them aware that it is food time (such as sticking a paw in their mouth) they get all upset! Like we WANT to have to bug them for our food! If it was our decision we would have the food bag open 24/7! Why do we only get fed twice, and for those other unlucky kittens, once, a day?

PLEASE! I see my human mother eating ALL the time! How come she gets to snack whenever she wants but when I insist that I am hungry I am suddenly an annoyance? How about some of that cheese and crackers for me? You think I want to eat the same boring brown cardboard thing every day? Please! I need some variation too!
And then, dear kitty friends, what is it with the humans when we try to provide for ourselves? Like when we happen to smush a ladybug or bring them a most beautiful tender morsel of a mouse or such that they get soo bent out of shape? We are taking matters into our own paws and suddenly they are freaking out on a table screaming their heads off! What weirdos. Trust me, do not try and leave your human a present like that... they will not appreciate it.
Ugh, it is sometimes such a frustrating situation. Why can't I get my food when I want it?
To all those kitties out there who have to take matters into their own paws, don't fret. Someday we will have the kitty revolution and there will be full bags of glorious treats and other foods open to us at all times. It will be a kitty buffet 24/7 and we will show the humans what we are made of!
Take care my dear cat friends... and don't let the humans deny you the food that is rightfully yours!
