Good afternoon anipals! How are you doing today? Things over here are pretty good. I have to admit yesterday I wasn't feeling the greatest and I had a rather embarrassing incident occur...
Let me start from the beginning. It was early morning and I was running my laps as usual. My mornings consist of a very strict schedule. At 6 am sharp I start my rounds. I like to peek out the windows to check on the activities of the birds. In the morning they like to tweet at eachother. Usually I wouldn't condone such behavior... but seeing as my goal in the morning is to drag mom out of bed for kibble duty... I encourage the noise.
This particular morning our combined efforts were going unnoticed. Mom refused to peek an eye open so I decided to try the boy human. I tried with all my might to jump and hop and roll to get him to wake up. No movement... no nothing. I must have jumped a little too much because before I knew it, it was upchuck city... right on the covers. I don't think the boy human was too happy. It was embarrassing, humiliating, and just plain unexpected! I hope that never happens again. There was one good thing that came out of it... even more attention than usual! Mom stared at me all day... I think she was worried. Then when she left for work she put the boy human on duty. I didn't mind the extra attention of course! Who would complain about being the center of the world for the day?
Today things seem to be back to normal for the most part. Mom still gives me one of those sideways looks every now and then. I just want to tell her that sometimes cats just puke, like kids. You don't have to go getting all psycho about it. Especially since I was fine after the fact. I just got a little too rambunctious with the running I guess...
Anyways, all and all things are better. Plus mom brought home a new toy to play with... more on this later!
Oh man, it is time for me to sign off! It is about half an hour until kibble time and I intend to get fed on time! Happy Monday friends! I will see you all tomorrow for Adoption Tuesday!
