Lately I have been trying to exercise and I decided to take up yoga. The first time I put in the DVD I knew it was for me... I just had no idea it was for Lilly! Who knew cat + downward dog could go so well together!
I guess it should come as no surprise, as the diva herself must stay in shape to impress all the paparazzi that seems to surround her lately. Following are some pictures and demonstrations by none other than Ms. Lilly.
The Essentials of Kitty Yoga:
It is imperative that you have the right equipment. Make sure you have a suitable yoga mat (Preferably in your "signature" color. Lilly is a fan of pink... but the color should suit your personality.)

Once you have the proper equipment it is time to get into posing. Make sure to properly warm up prior to the yoga practice in order to prevent injury.
Lilly suggests some contemplative thinking... preferably along the lines of mice, food, and toys.

Now you are ready to try out some positions.
Position #1: In honor of the late King of Pop, The Thriller
Position #2: The Back Bend Hi-Five

Position #3: The Cat-A-Pult

And last but not least
Position #4: The Side Crunch, for a beautiful mid-section

Lilly suggests some quiet meditation after the workout. If you need a toy to help you concentrate make sure you have it close by.

All of these positions should help to tone the kitty physique and quiet the mind. Lilly would like me to remind you that these positions can be adjusted for the human physique as well.
Hope you enjoyed this rendition of Kitty Yoga!
